The "SMALL COMIC THEATER" established in February 2002, is the continuation of an artistic project and a theatrical poetics previously begun in 1988 with the same staff then called "Canovaccio". Artistic and programming objective of the "SMALL COMIC THEATER": the re-evaluation of the theater concept starting from the comedy and the "classical" to be proposed in its primordial essence, up to performances of heterogeneous shows from dance, to cabaret, to multi-ethnic and gender theater , creating an organic, living space that can reach a heterogeneous public that experiences the space of the PTC, also proposing ideas and shows for every age group, status and culture. In the various theatrical seasons we have had the pleasure of hosting artists and companies from all over Italy and various disciplines from prose to dance to cabaret to literature and pop and classical music. Max Pisu, Rocco Barbaro, Alessandra Faiella, Olcese and Margiotta, Roberto Mercadini, Gianpiero Perone, Teresa Cinque, I Mammut and many others have been with us. The PTC is equipped with a professional costume shop with more than 1500 theatrical costumes and a seamstress available for shows, videos, private parties, events, historical representations, films.
