Film Commission Torino Piemonte

The film is based on the portraits of three socially committed women of different age and origin. Driven by their own individual urge, they all decided to deal with migrant people outside of formal welcome systems. These intimate portraits express wonderover the way these women behave, rather than high lighting complex reflections on their own behaviours. Also, they allow investigating on the people they get in touch with: volunteers, local inhabitants and migrants living in the same area, often under duress and not by choice. The protagonists actand recount them selves in intimate moments, in a necessary rest from the daily flow, when the world stays apart and time is found not only to answer questions but also to raise further one sand to claim issues that look so clear compared to the mainstream aggressive and shallow narration of the migration phenomenon.
